There are a few things we need to stop thinking if we want to reach our physique goals.
They are:
- Thinking that it will be an easy journey
- Thinking that you can do the bare minimum in order to reach your goal
- Thinking about giving up when it gets too tough
- Thinking that you need to restrict certain foods and alochol.
If we stop when we feel comfortable, we wont be able to change and get the results we want. It is not a quick fix.
You need to be true and real in terms of your exercise sechdule, diet and mindset.
If you want to better yourself, you have to push harder and challenge yourself.
Everything you do from the moment you wake up, to the moment you go to sleep counts.
In essence what you eat, your training, the thoughts that you tell yourself, it all matters.
A dream becomes a goal when action is taken towards it’s achievement.
