Us humans, we are always on the go. We get up, go to work, come home, do housework, look after families, see friends, take the dog for a walk and so much more, so when do we actually have a moment to think about us and how we are feeling?
We don’t really. We should ask ourselves every day how am I today? What am I struggling with today? What affirmation can I give myself today?
