- Eat the good food and don’t feel guilty. Food is to be enjoyed.
- If you want to switch off for a bit, you can do this. Don’t let anyone make you feel guilty for pleasing yourself and not replying. You only need to answer to yourself.
- If you aren’t feeling up to doing something, it is okay to cancel your plans. Don’t put pressure on yourself to do something. Prioritise your self-care.
- Be kind to people. Not everyone may be able to enjoy the weekend.
