That Weekend Feeling

Happy Saturday. Here are some reminders for you to take into this weekend.

  1. Eat the good food and don’t feel guilty. Food is to be enjoyed.
  2. If you want to switch off for a bit, you can do this. Don’t let anyone make you feel guilty for pleasing yourself and not replying. You only need to answer to yourself.
  3. If you aren’t feeling up to doing something, it is okay to cancel your plans. Don’t put pressure on yourself to do something. Prioritise your self-care.
  4. Be kind to people. Not everyone may be able to enjoy the weekend.
