You are better than you were yesterday and tomorrow you will be better than you were today.
This statement is always true unless you give up on what you want and throw in the the towel.
A few things that we need to remember though is that, you won’t have new developments everyday or jump right from the bottom to the top straight away, nor will you automatically feel great everyday.
Things that we can do to help us feel better though are rather small. Change a negative thought into something positive, giving your all to the tasks that you have set yourself for the day, whether that is work or in the gym and just generally being present for yourself.
Enjoy the little things because sometimes you will look back and realise they were the big things.
