Be The Change You Wish

Your whole world can change within a split second, but so can you. It doesn’t matter where you are at any point in your life, you are not as stuck as you may think.

You are stronger than you actually feel

You are bolder than what you give yourself credit for

You are totally in control

You have the power to change and create the life that you want at any point in time. This can be for your health, relationship or even business.

It is your story to create and you are the main character in the story so write down your goals and go get what you want and deserve.

When You Don’t Have It All Together

I want to talk about having it all together.

There is a lot of value in being positive and happy.

When someone asks “how are you?” Think about what your response is. Is it umm “I’m okay”, “I’m good”.

Think about the ways that you are doing good and the ways you are not.

When you actually open up and face how you actually are feeling, you are open to healing and getting support.

Today, think about stillness.

Be real and honest with yourself and ask:

  1. What are you struggling with?
  2. Where are you not feeling so good?
  3. Where do you not have it all together?

When you answer these questions honestly, we can start giving ourselves what we really need or ask for help.

Opening up is allowing myself to be honest with myself and how I can look after myself and what can I do better?

Create The Life You Want

Creating the life you want IS possible.

It all starts with you wanting to change. Once you know you are ready, you need to be clear on what you want from life.

When a Monday morning came around, I would think to myself, when is it the weekend? I can’t wait to have a drink on thirsty Thursdays , etc.

This made me realise that I don’t want to spend 5 out of 7 days of my life hating it. I wanted to get up in the morning and be excited about digging my teeth into my tasks.

Wellness isn’t just about exercise, it is emotional and mental health too. This is when I realised that alongside my personal training, I wanted to rebrand and train as a life coach with my niche being in wellness.

This transition doesn’t happen without any effort. It comes as a result of me working on myself and surrounding myself with people that make me want to better myself and improve.

My tips are:

  • Have a clear idea on the life that you want
  • Have a good group of people
  • Find out what your limiting beliefs are
  • Work on your strengths

Start working on yourself, stay grounded and focus. You can do it!

It Is Not The Number On The Scale That Counts

For so long, I used to be fixated on the number of the scale. How i felt would be based on the number on the scale. What I chose to eat that day and how much exercise I should do would be based on the number on the scale.

The number on the scale would make me so anxious.

Now I look back, I realise that it was the completely wrong mindset.

I now think about the following:

  1. How can I become a better person?
  2. What improvements can I make in my life?
  3. How can I support those around me?

The number on the scale is only a tool in which you measure your progress. The number on the scale does not define you. You are more than just a number.

We need to seek happiness and love ourselves for who we are and better ourselves everyday.
