What you put out to the universe is what you will get back.
Imagine if you always think that nothing is working out for you, then nothing will change. Your thoughts need to change.

You shouldn’t be afraid of new beginnings, new challenges or new people.

No dream that you have is too big.
If you want something be strong enough to say what you want and manifest it.
If you don’t tell the world what you want, how can the world help you to get what you want and deserve?
The universe may test you when you say that you really want something to see if it is that. The universe wants you to prove that you believe what you ask for. You will get what you ask for sooner when you don’t settle for anything less than you deserve.
Tell the world exactly what it is and start working towards your dreams now. Don’t wait until tomorrow.
We need to stop ignoring our dreams.
We spend time after time saying no to our potential and believing that negative voice that tells us that we aren’t cut out for what we want. Because of this voice we decide to stick with what we know and what is safe.
Our dreams are not there to be dreamed. They are there to be chased and they won’t go away no matter how much you ignore them.
It might be one of the scariest things you start doing, you may fail at times but they key is to start investing in yourself, start putting yourself first and say yes to your dreams.
What should you stop doing if you want to be successful in your business? Simply stop putting the focus on what things could go wrong. This inevitably causes stress and alarm bells to ring 24/7.
Instead try the following:
- Create a visualisation of what you want, if it is signing clients and making money, visualise exactly what you want.
- Don’t allow the thoughts of failing to cross your mind. Change your thought process and re-align it to exactly what you want.
It is a simply shift in perspective but this will have a huge impact on how you are feeling right now.
If you want something you can have it. Manifest it. This is something I have been practicing a lot recently.
It has been keeping me motivated and positive on my wellness journey.
To manifest there are a few steps that you should follow.
- Get clarification on what you want. Be specific and write down a solid list of things you want to manifest.
- Ask the universe. This can be done through prayer, meditation, vision boards and writing a letter.
- Work towards your goals. Start taking the steps.
- Trust the process
- Document your journey/what you get from it.
- You attract what you give out, so keep giving the positive vibes.
- Let go of the fear, anxiety and doubt.
Ask for what you want and be prepared to get it. Feel the happiness, excitement and joy in your journey.
