It Is Already Yours

If you want something you can have it. Manifest it. This is something I have been practicing a lot recently.

It has been keeping me motivated and positive on my wellness journey.

To manifest there are a few steps that you should follow. 

  1. Get clarification on what you want. Be specific and write down a solid list of things you want to manifest. 
  2. Ask the universe. This can be done through prayer, meditation, vision boards and writing a letter. 
  3. Work towards your goals. Start taking the steps. 
  4. Trust the process 
  5. Document your journey/what you get from it. 
  6. You attract what you give out, so keep giving the positive vibes.
  7. Let go of the fear, anxiety and doubt. 

Ask for what you want and be prepared to get it. Feel the happiness, excitement and joy in your journey.
