Why Worry?

Worrying is normal and healthy to a certain degree, but do you constantly find yourself worrying about what people think about you?

Do you worry that people will be upset because of the way you think you said something?

Do you worry that people will talk about you behind your back for doing things a certain way?

Do you worry that people will not like you because you say no to them and put yourself first?

How about if I told you that what other people think of you is none of your business?

If someone doesn’t like you, let them. If someone has rubbish to say about you, let them.

What other people have to say about you isn’t a reflection of you. The opinions of people you don’t care about mean nothing and if it comes from someone you care about, should you really be caring? Your energy is more precious than that. Don’t waste it.

The thing is, people actually don’t care about what you are doing as much as they actually care about themselves.

Next time you find yourself worrying about what other people think, don’t. Simply let it go.

Positive Energy Attracts Positive Outcomes

Has anyone actually thought about what it feels like to stay and be in your own energy?

For me personally, it has been a learning curve. By this, I mean I have learnt things about myself that I haven’t before such as the fact that I was sensitive, I tried to please others a lot and i gave a lot of time to situations and people that had negative effects on me.

Learning how to stay focused and grounded in my own energy has been a life changing moment for me. It takes time and practice, but we can all get there.

Here are a few ways that you can practice staying in your own energy:

1. Spend quality time with yourself.

2. Spend time alone in silence. This can help you to listen more.

3. Walk outside in nature without headphones. This helps you to pay more attention to what is around you.

4. Meditate and practice breath-work. This enables you to stop overthinking.

5. Rather than just doing a task, ask yourself, why you are doing something.

6. Ensure you take time away from technology. This helps you to be present in your environment.

It is vital to explore and get to know what your own energy feels like. This leads to beautiful things in terms of your relationship with yourself.

To get in tune with your own energy doesn’t begin with going on a solo trip, it begins from inside, by taking some time to get to know yourself.

I Compose My Own Vibration

I can be a person who always likes to say yes to things, however, I have been forced to say no and actually look at how I want to spend the free time that I have.

I ask myself if I need time to reset my battery? I will then leave one night to please myself.

Who do I enjoy spending my time with? I will hang out with these people.

What do I have fun doing? I will do these activities and avoid ones that make me stressed or anxious.

Say yes to the things that you want and say no to those that you don’t without making up excuses. Simply protect your energy, it is precious.
