What Do You Need To Do?

I just want to talk about finding your purpose.

I have jumped from many jobs and each time I started a job I thought it was going t be the one, but a few months into it and once I had felt settled, I would begin to feel dissatisfied and unfulfilled.

I felt as though I couldn’t find what was meaningful and important to me.

It took me many years to get to where I am now, trial and error, stepping out of my comfort zone but I know what I need to do.

Once you find your passion and purpose, you will know. The feeling is just right.

How Valuable

Something that is important in life and aids your wellbeing is feeling as though your life has meaning.

There are 3 key things to this. They are:

  1. Coherence. Does your life make sense? Is there something confusing about it?
  2. Mattering. Do you feel as though you existing is important?
  3. Purpose. Do you have a clear sense of direction?

These things can be hard for us to achieve. Make the time to invest in your wellness. Do things that you feel as meaningful such as volunteering, being kind to people, helping out.

Remember you are important and so is your life.

The Best Is Yet To Come

Do you agree with the statement new year new me?

People go into the new year ready to reinvent the person that they are and become a whole new person.

Something that I have touched upon with my clients is that since they have been coached by me, they haven’t changed the person they are but they have bettered themselves through discovering who they are, their visions, beliefs and purpose.

What I am saying is, maybe this year you should set the goal to not become a new person but work on improving the one that you already are and nurturing yourself.

Give yourself the love and compassion that you truly deserve.

Social Idealisms

How are you doing? How is your week going?

A couple of things that I touch upon with my clients are social idealisms.

Many people often find themselves saying things such as

  1. I should be doing this
  2. I should have X and Y by now

But the thing is, you are your own purpose.

We often make life more complicated than necessary. Why do we do this? Who knows?

You can create the life you want, but only when you start to recognise that your main purpose in this world is YOU and YOU live how you want!

Show up as your best self and radiate the positivity. Don’t try and live up to the expectations that others want.

What do you need to do today?

What would make you happy?

You have one life and live to your own standards.

Listen to your needs and see what happens next.

All The Best,

Your Purpose Is Within

How many times have you found yourself going on a journey and you end up feeling lost?

It is only normal that when you feel lost, you begin to experience anxiety, doubt and feel stuck.

When it comes to our purpose, we aren’t really stuck, nor is it lost, you just need to find it. It is there within your external compass.

What I am trying to say, is that it is okay to continue moving forward from the point that you are at now. Don’t try and find your purpose. Allow yourself to move on.

You need to tune into yourself, take action and make a list of the things that you feel are in and out of alignment.

Check in with yourself and see how you feel along the journey. Move in a direction, but be okay if it changes. You are on a journey to self discovery. No journey is going to be perfect. Go from where you are and keep going.

It is your path, your journey and your story to tell.

Self Reflection Is A Tool Of Wisdom

I was self reflecting earlier today and here are a few things that I wish I could have told myself regarding my journey.

  1. It is okay if you don’t have everything figured out down to a tee. Follow your heart, and live by your rules as long as they are within reason and cause no harm.
  2. Invest in yourself. That is the best place to honestly put your money because your personal growth is what will make you happy.
  3. Everything that you are going through in life all have a purpose and play a part in your story.

If there is anything that you could tell yourself, what would it be?

Be Yourself, But Be Your Best Self

If you want to progress, you need to make it a lifestyle.

You need to enjoy what you do and fall in love with the lifestyle.

You need to enjoy the process and explore what works best for you and what motivates you. Look at what gets you excited to jump out of bed and work on becoming your best self.

I have learnt to be more flexible. I take unplanned rest days, eat meals that people don’t deem as healthy and I still see progress. What I do is sustainable.

We need to prioritise the things that make us happy, take care of our wellness and stay aligned with our values.

If you want to be resilient, maintain progress, have a strong body and natural energy, you need to stop doing fad diets.

Find what you love, write your goals, formulate an action plan and routine that works well for you.

Why Should You Invest In A Life Coach?

More people are suffering with Mental Health due to the increase in stress that people are experiencing from work, relationships and much more.

A Life Coach helps you to dig beneath the surface of your thoughts and beliefs and helps you to understand what is stopping you from being successful and preventing you from having a good wellbeing.

A Life Coach can help you to form a clearer picture of and vision for your future.

Fulfilment is in fact one of the main objectives of life and through having a Life Coach, they can help you to feel alive, live in alignment with your values and purpose.

On top of this, a Life Coach can also encourage you to look at your motives and beliefs and distribute your time in a better way. This means that you are able to develop extra time for the things that you really want to do.

Now is the time more than ever to work on your self-development, goals and for the life that you want. Once we start investing in ourselves and making a commitment to pleasing yourself, that is when we begin to live a more meaningful life.
