I know that at times we all feel overwhelmed so, I want to give you advice on what you can do during these times.
- Write a list of all the tasks that you have been dreading. Ask yourself if you really need to do this and is there maybe anyone that can help?
- Do a brain dump. Simply write down all your thoughts in no particular structure.
- Be kind to yourself. Feeling overwhelmed is normal.
- Take yourself outside and re-align your perspective.
- Remember, you won’t always feel this way.
