I know that at times we all feel overwhelmed so, I want to give you advice on what you can do during these times.

  1. Write a list of all the tasks that you have been dreading. Ask yourself if you really need to do this and is there maybe anyone that can help?
  2. Do a brain dump. Simply write down all your thoughts in no particular structure.
  3. Be kind to yourself. Feeling overwhelmed is normal.
  4. Take yourself outside and re-align your perspective.
  5. Remember, you won’t always feel this way.
